i had the idea to cover the glass in the doors for the private view to separate the outside and the exhibition – these are some of the samples not quite sure which on i’ll go with yet

risk assessment = private viewing

after finishing the risk assessment we realised the amount of hazard that could be caused with out refreshements therefore, we came uo with ideas to have signs and line restrictions to precent the food spoiling the work or causing any harm on someone slipping on it – also against the door so  no one takes it out and harms themselves outside the gallery and blames us for it .

HE ALSO HAVE! TO HAVE A BIN

Meeting with John – 2.20pm

he liked our ideas but thought we’ve slyly drifted from the fun aspects and suggested;

  • very subversive doesn’t match up to what we’re going to expect
  • especially when comparing the posters to our powerpoint presentation of whats expected
  • need to think more about our positioning of our art
  • very surreal

the last suggestion he made i really liked the head of:

  • playing around with the food and creating sculptures out of them – what you see is not what you get which correlates with our exhibition theme and the work thats gone along with it
